1. Service Cancellations

• Customers may cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%.

• No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations or missed appointments.

2. Car Rentals

• Rental cancellations made 48 hours before pickup are fully refundable.

• Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one rental day.

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were rented; extra charges apply for damages, late returns, or missing fuel.

3. Shuttle Services

• Refunds are issued for shuttle cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup.

• No refunds will be granted for missed shuttles due to customer delays.

4. Other Services

• For consultations or specialized services, refunds are only applicable if cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior.

• Completed services are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
