Refund and Returns Policy

1. Service Cancellations

Customers may cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%.

No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations or missed appointments.
2. Car Rentals

Rental cancellations made 48 hours before pickup are fully refundable.

Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one rental day.

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were rented; extra charges apply for damages, late returns, or missing fuel.
3. Shuttle Services

Refunds are issued for shuttle cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup.

No refunds will be granted for missed shuttles due to customer delays.
4. Other Services

For consultations or specialized services, refunds are only applicable if cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior.

Completed services are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
